OutStanding with Wakefield Photo Contest

Entry Deadline: All entries must be posted via Facebook or Instagram with the correct tags (@WakefieldBioChar and #OutStandingWithWakefield) by 11:59 PM (CST) on October 11, 2024. Late entries won’t be considered.

Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.

Public Profiles Required: Social media profiles must be public during the contest to ensure your entry is visible.

Winner Announcement: Winners will be notified via direct message and announced publicly on October 18, 2024.

One Category per Winner: You may enter multiple categories, but can only win in one. If selected as a winner in one category, you’re ineligible for others.

Three Categories: Winners will be selected from three categories: Garden to Table, Green Thumb Glory, and Sustainability Superstar.

No Editing or Filters: To ensure fairness, photos should be submitted without heavy editing or filters, focusing on the natural beauty of your garden.

No Cash Value: Prizes are awarded “as is” and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The value of the prize is not convertible to cash.

Merchandise Availability: In the event that any merchandise item is unavailable, Wakefield BioChar reserves the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.

Shipping Restrictions: Prizes will be shipped to winners within the United States only. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.

Disqualification: Wakefield BioChar reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the contest rules or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent.

Winner’s Responsibility: By entering, participants agree to allow Wakefield BioChar to use their name, likeness, and submitted photos in promotional materials related to the contest, without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability: Wakefield BioChar is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable entries. Participants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the contest or the redemption, use, or misuse of any prize.

Governing Law: This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Acceptance of Rules: Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Wakefield BioChar, which are final and binding.
